Department of Early Childhood Education(3years)
The Department of Early Childhood Education, operated with the best professors with the educational objective of fostering early childhood teachers equipped with creative personalities and naturefriendly sensitivity, prides in its high employment rate. The traits that early childhood teachers need to be equipped with are emphasized, practice opportunities centered on site in association with the affiliated kindergartens are provided and a well-balanced theory and practice curriculum is operated with cutting-edge educational facilities and teaching tools. 3 national certificates such as Kindergarten Teacher (Grade 2), Child Care Teacher (Grade 2), Child Care Teacher for Disabled Infants can be acquired simultaneously upon graduation and future competitive early childhood teachers are fostered by supporting the acquisition of various qualifications such as urban forest instructor, coding instructor and ukulele instructor.
Department of Early Childhood Education(Intensive Major Course)
The Department of Early Childhood Education's intensive major course, as a program for acquiring a bachelor's degree, has been designed to acquire a further intensive major knowledge and site techniques in association with the associate degree curriculum. As it is a program that is operated regardless of experience in the industry, students can admit immediately after acquiring the associate degree to acquire the bachelor's degree. Currently, it is operated as a night course twice a week and current teachers working in early childhood education institutes are also eligible and they can proceed to graduate schools after acquiring the degree.
Department of Police and Security
A mecca for training talents in the police, personnel protection, security, and martial arts fields, the country's first Department of Police and Security was established in 2003. With the nation's top professors of police, personnel protection, security, and martial arts fields who faithfully teach theory and practical training courses, our school is recognized for its high entrance competition and employment rates every year. In addition to maintaining the social public order and providing security services that protect the freedom and rights of the people, we train the country's best police and security experts through practical training, martial arts, moral, and character education that conducted to actively respond to the demands for safety, as well as personnel protection and security.
Department of Police and Security(Intensive Major Course)
This intensive major course of the Department of Police and Security is a program that was started in 2022 to help students obtain a bachelor’s degree. It is designed to allow students to acquire more advanced major knowledge and field skills in connection with the professional bachelor's curriculum, and graduates can enter graduate school after completing the program. Since it is a program that does not require industry experience, students can go straight to another university as soon as they acquire an associate's degree to obtain a bachelor's degree. Classes are operated three times a week at night and can be taken while working. As a qualification program, a curriculum is operated to train security instructors as well as police officials.
Department of Real Estate and Administrative Information
As a core leader in the knowledge information oriented society of the 21st century, the goal is to foster customized field experts armed with creative knowledge by acquiring basic character and convergence knowledge concerning real estate and administration in order to strategically pre into a knowledge information-oriented society of the rapidly evolving 4th industrial society and to preemptively respond to the changes in the real estate market.
Department of Health and Welfare Counseling
As a member institute of Korea Association of Counseling, to achieve 100% employment, we provide on-site training to the few elites from admission to employment so they can become social workers, counselors, welfare educators, or youth guidance counselors. Our department is the 4 major licenses (health education specialist, counseling psychologist, social worker, and youth guidance counselor) are obtainable, and the department is a member of National Association for University Departments of Counseling.
Department of Social Welfare
Our goal is to foster capable experts who can provide human services of social welfare program services and counseling with professionalism that is adapted to the era of globalization and information. Certifications for level 2 social worker (national certification) can be obtained through various on-site practices that is required by the job site, along with certifications such as a psychological counselor, welfare recreation instructor, and art psychology counselor. We also foster experts in fields such as children's welfare, welfare for the disabled, welfare for the elderly, medical welfare, and counseling institutions.
Department of Social Welfare(Industrial Consignment Course)
Students are admitted into the university through a non-examination document screening. After completing a designated curriculum, students can obtain a regular college graduation qualification (that grants an associate degree). It is a three-times-a-week evening course suitable for students who work and study. Through various field-related practices required at the job sites, students can obtain private certificates that allow them to become second grade social workers (nationally certified), healthy family supporters (nationally certified), psychological counselors, welfare and recreation instructors, and art psychology counselors. The major also aims to train professionals in each field, such as child welfare, welfare for the disabled, welfare for the elderly, medical social welfare, and counseling-related institutions.
