History and culture guide experts introducing the history and culture to visitors visiting Daejeon and Chungcheong region and experts to become laughter therapy guides and recreation guides for the vulnerable group in the social welfare sites are fostered. Furthermore, experts to be employed in the F&B field, such as home cafe startup centered on desserts and brunches, coffee baristas, wine sommelier, tea sommelier and cocktails, are fostered.

It is a specialized department leading the real estate field as well as a department specialized to adult learners among the domestic colleges and it is a promising department that systematically fosters innovative experts customized to fields required for practical problem-solving needs and efficient management and transactions related to real estate through various adult friendly flexible school systems.
